Welcome package

You’ll have the basics sorted—towels if needed, a welcome drink, and your own keys. When you arrive, I’ll greet you in person, help with parking if necessary, show you around the apartment, answer any questions, and explain how everything works. After that, we can share a coffee, tea, or a drink so you can relax and settle in—or you’re equally welcome to take some time on your own, whichever you prefer.

There will usually be tea of some sort, coffee, orange juice, water, and usually some cold beer available. I’m happy to tell you about the area and suggest great places nearby whenever you’re interested, whether right away or later.

By this time of day, I’ll be finished working, so you’ll catch me at the gym, at the beach, or sometimes meeting friends for a relaxed evening. There’s absolutely no pressure—just a friendly welcome in a peaceful home. I look forward to meeting you!

The streets are typical Cabanyal streets. I have a car and park it nearby on the street and in 5 years there has been only one bump/scratch. On street parking is everywhere but like any city centre it is not 'plentiful'. Easy enough to find in about 5 mins though. I can always help you if needed.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

How can I cancel my booking?
